About the TJRD
TJRD is a non-profit league established to provide boys & girls a fun and safe environment to learn flat track roller derby! We are eager to recruit girls who want to learn how to play roller derby and have fun! Boys are also welcome to train with us and learn how to ref.
This is a non-contact sport for kids aged 9-18, using modified rules borrowed from our big sister league, Toronto Roller Derby. TJRD players will train together and will be separated into 2 age groups to play bouts.
TJRD is thrilled to finally announce our new dates and times! We practice every Sunday at Jimmie Simpson RC near Queen/Logan at 3:30-6:30. (new place/time begins Sun July 10/2011)
